Memo's Méxican - Springfield

We found Memo's Mexican while flipping through our entertainment book for any deals we might have overlooked (it expires soon). It's always a nice bonus to get a two-for-one discount! The first thing we noticed was the limited parking options. The food was enjoyable and felt authentic; we ordered fajitas and margaritas. After our meal, we strolled around the block doing some window shopping. We'll definitely be back!

I absolutely adore visiting Memo's! The staff treats us like family, the food is consistently delicious, and I hardly ever need to send anything back. We have a wonderful time joking and laughing with the team in a cozy and relaxed setting. My favorite dish is the steak fajitas, but I customize it by asking for no green peppers and adding mushrooms and zucchini instead. I even brought along a friend from New Mexico, who is used to making her own homemade Mexican dishes and can really tell the difference between authentic food and canned alternatives. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal and plans to take her husband there for dinner as well. I love bringing my friends here so they can experience everything this place has to offer!

Absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. I asked to sit at the bar instead of at a regular table, and they were more than accommodating—almost encouraging my choice. As for the food? It was spot on! If you appreciate authentic Mexican cuisine, don't think twice about visiting this place!

This is a great casual spot with reasonable prices and generous portions of delicious food. The Margaritas are fantastic and come in a variety of sizes, ranging from a wine glass to a massive size you could practically swim in!
