Pizza was dropped. We called in and they even had me send pictures of the pizza and did nothing to rectify the situation. They said they would make the driver pay for the pizza and we had to send them back the pizza that the children had already taken some corner slices from, so they said they would do nothing since there were slices missing. The crust was literally paper thin as u can see in photos.
I've been a long time customer but mostly ordered grinders. Today I order a pizza for the first time in ever. So I called to complain because my pizza looked horrible. Now I've already been waiting an hour the guy told me to give back the pizza. My kids are staving right and want us to wait another hourand give the pizza back while my children sit a smell pizza SMH they just lost one today
I would give it zero stars if i could. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional places i have ever experienced. I called in for a delivery and the lady answering the phone sounded very rude and then when i proceeded to give my adress she saying that they don’t deliver there(has to be within 4 miles) and it was within said miles and as i proceeded respectfully, she Rebuttals again that they don’t and then asked the manager if they deliver there, while im still on the phone and i said its within the the requirements. She gave attitude and said well we Don’t deliver there. I ask to speak to a manager and when i talk to him he finally got my adress right and then asked for my order. I quickly changed my mind in the thought that they might play with my food so i didn’t even order it. But gotta say it was not a grateful experience at all.
There's just something special about a truly great pizza. For just $3, I got an enormous slice of perfectly crispy, delicious pizza. I ordered mine well-done, and the cheese was wonderfully gooey, while the crust held up beautifully under the weight of the cheese and sauce. Speaking of the sauce, it was fantastic—not too sweet, and balanced just right with the flavor profile. Throughout my time in Springfield, I ate pizza from all sorts of places, and I have no regrets about any of them. But this slice truly stands out. Highly recommend!
