Soc Trang - Springfield

Today was our first visit to this restaurant, as it was recommended to us by a friend. The food was amazing and we will definitely be returning to try more dishes. Whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh and Canto in Vietnam, I always miss the food. This restaurant comes close to that experience.

I really enjoyed the pho at this restaurant. It was super delicious and really improved my day. I came back again because it was just that good.

The Spicy lemongrass pho and passion fruit shake were really delicious. My only complaint is that I wish there were more than 4 shrimp in the soup. I paid $25 for both items and was disappointed by the portion size.

Pho is rated in the top 50 foods in the world. Every time I eat there, I am never disappointed. The place is super clean, too.

My god. I’ve been craving good pho for so so long. This hit the spot so well. Everything was super fresh and authentic. If I wasn’t just passing by, this would definitely be my regular place.
