I placed a mobile order and when I got home, I received the wrong sandwich. When I called to inquire about our options, the employee on the phone was extremely rude. She was not listening, kept interrupting, and was borderline yelling over the phone. She claimed that we did not order what we were saying, even though we could see the order on the app during the call. The customer service was horrific, and we were not rude, just trying to explain that the sandwich was incorrect. Both of us work in retail and understand the importance of treating people in customer service with respect. It is unacceptable to be treated like a child by an employee at their place of business. I would not recommend going to this restaurant unless you are okay with severe attitude problems and lack of accountability.
I love ordering the Italian BMT at this restaurant - it's my favorite choice. Their sweet and sour chicken is also delicious.
The new menu is a definite improvement from the previous menu. There's more meat to bread ratio. The veggies and sauce is recommended. Toasting the sandwiches really brings out the meaty flavors. The person making our sandwiches was new but she kepta good pace. Getting to this store from the westbound lane is a small challenge as a left turn with no traffic lights can be asketchy in high volume traffic.
