I arrived at this restaurant two hours before closing, but after waiting several minutes for someone to take my order, no one came out. The door was open, the lights were on, and the food was ready, yet the register and the rest of the place seemed completely unattended. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave since no one was there.
The highlight of this subway restaurant is the bag of chips. The staff seems to be unclear about what "toasted" means, as they removed the cheese from a sandwich that originally included it. Additionally, prices are noticeably higher than at other locations.
Same experience tonight with the girl with the lip tattoos. Very rude. Slammed my sandwich under the cover of one of the condiment trays, then walked to the back. Never acknowledged us, and very rudely asked what we wanted on our sandwiches. Yes, wewalked and bought elsewhere. This is our 3rd ridiculous experience with this same employee. She's horrible. There is anotheryoung lady that works there that is awesome, we love her and tip her accordingly. It's now to the point where we stay or leavedepending on who comes out from the back. I can't imagine a business would want their customers thinking this way
So we walked in at around 9:45 granted it was close to the closing time, and the employee working was a shorter female with dark hair and a pair of lips tattooed on the side of her neck, just for a description. As we walked in the employee just looked atus and gave us a dirty look and did not acknowledge us at all said absolutely nothing to us lean nothing to us. I said Hey howare you doing and she said nothing back, so we walk to the end to order, she still has not acknowledged us at this point,continues to count the drawer for the end of the shift. We stand there for about 5min, and she finally decides to be done withthe drawer, walks by let's out a sigh like we're an inconvenience to her and just walked to the back. As a fellow businessowner if any of my employees ever treated my customers like that they would definitely not have a job any longer. If this is alocally owned franchise, I would be embarrassed to have my employees treating customers like that. I can't say I will bereturning to this Subway anytime soon and honestly thinking about giving corporate a call to see what they say. I hope this posthelps someone in making their decision to eat here.
