Stood in a short line for over 20 minutes as the 2 turtles for employees crawled there way around at the most severely sluggish pace and ended up leaving halfway through the line
Update: the manager called me and did everything he could to make the situation right. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. But I do believe him when he says he wants to work fix this from happening again. ———Never had a bad experience at a subway before. But today we got a sandwich with a fly in it. In addition all the containers had pieces of other stuff in them (bacon slices in the chicken container, olives in the lettuce etc... which led to getting a couple olives that were not asked for. Not sure how others have said this place is always “clean”. Plus, if the employee had been even slightly empathetic when I told her what had happened it would have helped. That was not the case. But finding a fly makes me never want to go to a subway again.
The woman working was the only one there, but she still got my order pretty fast.
It was just okay, I had to wait in line for 28 minutes. Then a woman came in to help with making sandwiches.
