Every lemony morsel practically dissolved upon contact with the tongue. The Garlic Shrimp, with garlic lemon butter and a side of grilled crostini was delicious. The fresh shrimp seemed to be infused with garlic goodness and was quite pleasing to the palate. The New England Cheese Experience was scrumptious, and included the chef’s curated selection of Brie, Bleu, and Swiss type cheeses, honeycomb, stone fruit jam, and Marcona almonds. The medium-rare 8-ounce filet was extraordinary. The resting of the cut was perfectly timed, allowing the juices to let loose in the mouth instead of on the plate, giving that melting sensation. The large. loaded baked potato was very tasty, with bacon chunks and melted cheese stealing the show. The vanilla bean creme brulee was also exquisite, highlighted with blueberries, a slice of strawberry, and an iced cookie. It was a perfect conclusion to a perfect meal.If you 're successful at the casino, take some of those winnings and treat yourself to an exceptional dining experience. The Chandler Steakhouse is more than a safe bet.
This is our 4th experience at Chandlers, and I wish we could give move stars for service. Craig and Heather and many other staff members have been exceptional in providing 1st class service to everyone in this restaurant. It is a great experience, and compliments to the chef. We always enjoy our visits. Thank you Chandlers and MGM for hiring such talented, experienced professionals.
Visited Chandler's while on vacation and the experience made me wish we went to the food court. We ordered the porterhouse for two cooked medium and it came out well done. They offered another porterhouse or a filet and strip steak to save time. The grilled half lobster was tough and flavorless. The mac and cheese was just okay. They offered me another drink to compensate us but it found its way on the bill. The manager didn't even come out to apologize for the inconvenience nor compensate us for their mistakes. For the resturant to only be half full, mistakes like this are unfortunate. I would never come back here.
Very disappointing. The wait-staff was rude when we had a problem. With the price of dinner, I expected more. When it came time to leave, we asked that our leftovers be wrapped to go. My husband had eaten less than 1/2 his steak, but had cut a lot of it up. When it got to us, the waiter had thrown away everything but a very small piece. Same for my son-in-law. He ordered steak and an order of mushrooms. They promptly disposed of the mushrooms. We were told another 1/2 steak and an order of mushrooms would be cooked for us. It took 45 minutes! Not fine dining with the staff’s attitude.
We received a very welcoming greeting. We did have reservations and they were able to seat us a little early. I loved the atmosphere. The seating felt private and very comfortable. No complaints about my dish. Scallops were very yummy. Our waiter was polite and alert. Thank you for a positive date night. We will return!Food: 5/5
