Food was terrible, order was wrong. Manager was rude and chewing gum like a cow.

The Skor Blizzard I get from this DQ is always delicious and perfectly made. I’m also proud that my son is now part of the team and puts in a lot of effort. Please remember to be kind to the young, hardworking staff serving you—they're learning the ropes and truly deserve some kindness.

I will not be returning to this location again. I went through the drive-thru and realized after receiving my food that there was an error with my order. I had ordered a child's chocolate milk but was charged for a chocolate shake. When I informed the cashier, she told me they didn't have the chocolate milk, so we received a cup of regular milk instead. I inquired about a refund for the shake since the prices were different, but the cashier asked me not once, but twice, what I had been charged, despite not having received a receipt. Eventually, the supervisor figured out the difference and handed me my change without even looking at me or acknowledging my thanks. To top it off, our fries were ice cold right out of the bag. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience.

I went through the drive-thru to try the new pumpkin pie blizzard, and it took about 17 minutes to get through. When I reached the window, the employee seemed a bit confused about our order. The service wasn't exceptional, but I was there for the ice cream, and it was delicious! Just keep in mind, if you're in a hurry, it's best to avoid the drive-thru!

I ordered a burger, two wraps, onion rings, and poutine through the drive-thru. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got out of my car and went inside, only to be handed my bag of overpriced food. Everything was cold. My wife went in and got a new bag fairly quickly, and while the onion rings were hot, the rest of the food was still cold. It was obvious that the poutine and burger had simply been reheated, not freshly made, and the wraps were completely cold. Overall, this experience took 45 minutes and cost $35. It was really disappointing.
