Taco Bell - Spruce Grove

I visited the drive-thru at Taco Bell. While I do like their food, I usually prefer my homemade versions. The service at the drive-thru is often slow, but I guess that's the price you pay for getting freshly prepared meals.

The restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, and when I arrived to place my order at 9:10 PM, I noticed the employee locking the door just as I arrived. This isn't the first time I've had this issue at this location, but it will definitely be my last.

The service is consistently poor, regardless of whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru. The managers frequently mistreat the staff verbally. I've had to wait at the counter even for the simplest orders, such as two tacos, a drink, and some fries, all while there was no one behind me in line. They often mishear your order and almost always get something wrong. If you're in the mood for Taco Bell in Spruce Grove, I recommend using the app to avoid the hassle of going inside.

The service was extremely slow. If you have a drive-thru, why require customers to park in front and wait 20 minutes for their food?

It's Taco Bell! We absolutely enjoy their tacos, and we can't forget those Supreme Fries. I usually refrain from leaving a negative review based on the actions of one employee, as we often don't have the complete picture. Overall, the food was as delicious as ever, which is why I'll definitely be coming back!
