Nev's Supa Deli - St Albans

This facility has the feeling of a new business with a really enthusiastic owner. You can only see pride and contemplation everywhere you look. We had the opportunity to have a quick chat with Nev, and was shocked to find that the business has been for 19 years. From the moment we came to the café, we felt relaxed and comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive. A request for a drink that was not on the menu was welcomed. The café was perfectly clean and tidy. The food was delicious and generous, and there is a tempting breakfast, brunch and lunch menu. A business like this must be rewarded. We'll be back.

I found this café when the local recreation center was closed due to COVID. A group of us meets at Nevs every Monday after our practice class for coffee. The staff is friendly, the coffee and food are great. Nev is usually there and always gives a warm welcome. Highly recommend.

We went for a cozy birthday breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. After spending $55 on breakfast and coffee for two, we waited for our meals to arrive. Despite the delay, we understood that the restaurant was busy and enjoyed our coffee. Our food was brought to us by a hurried server who placed the plates on the table without any acknowledgement of who had ordered what. Unfortunately, our meals were cold except for my scrambled eggs. We informed another server about the issue and they suggested talking to the chef. The chef offered to reheat our food, but we declined as we were unsure if it would be done properly. The server apologized and offered us a free coffee on our next visit. Despite the disappointing experience, we decided to finish our meals before leaving. While each issue on its own might not deter us from returning, when combined, it made for an unpleasant and costly meal. Knowing that this was the same restaurant that had previously provided excellent service and food, we were greatly disappointed. As a result, we did not take up the offer for a free coffee on our next visit.

The most amazing breakfast and service. We visit Nev’s Deli almost every weekend and are never disappointed. My partner has their big breakfast and I normally have Shane’s special or a smoothie bowl and it’s all so tasty! Recommend everyone to try.

We visit this restaurant every time we're in the area. The staff always makes us feel like family. Today, the owner even came to our table to sit and chat with us.
