Contribuisci feedbackIt took almost an hour to get the first meal at our table. Them 15 minutes before the entire table was served. The first meal was cold and dry before the final meal was served. We were a table of 4. The server apologized a lot, it wasn?t her fault. Not once did the manager come to talk to us, or explain why it took an hour to get nachos and wings. The table next to us arrived after us, ordered after us, got their appetizers and main course before us. They had paid and left before we got our meals. Epic failure.
It's been a couple of times. Tonight was all we wanted. The service could have been better. All three Steak dinners were cold and had been well-equipped for over an hour. One meal was still cold as if it had been taken out of the refrigerator. One of the worst experiences I had at this point. Even the children's meal was cold and rice was hard. The manager wasn't really interested, said he was talking to the cook about the mix. It took 2.5 hours to get everything we tried to order, and until the ducks came, they were closed. After the ducks came out, one of our appetizers came out and the rice on the reels was cold as if it sits out.... as appetizers he should have come with the rest in front of the ducks. Not impressed and not impressed how ot was treated by the manager.
We love this amazement for the amazing people who work here! Our favorite bartender Kian and favorite server Jamie have always made my and my wife visit excellent. We will continue to come for the staff that goes over and over with service and kindness.
Started off great with Socialhouse drink creations. 40 minutes after ordering apps they finally arrived. Three were great and one was cold. They replaced it and it was at least now warm....not hot. What was disappointing was that they clearly forgot our order as others that came after us received main entrees, they made no attempt to offer is anything and we were charging full price. Customer service makes you come back...or not. Update....The manager made good on the promise to address our concerns. We returned and were treated extremely well and the food met up to the standards that we appreciate from Browns....Thank you!
I visited Brown's Social club with my husband on Oct 31st, 2021. After having our Vaccine passports checked we were seated at the bar as we requested to watch NFL. Our server Mara immediately greeted us and after a few minutes perusing the menu, I ordered an Argentinian Malbec. My husband asked Mara what beers were on tap! She named every beer on tap without hesitation and we were super impressed! The bartender Nam, poured a taster for my husband to try before making a choice. Nam also helped us select our appetizers. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious. We found Nam and Mara to be excellent servers with engaging personalities. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Brown's and will certainly be returning soon.
