Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - St. Albert

St Albert, AB has the best food and service out of all of the Edmonton locations. Yum!!! Glad we have this restaurant here ☺

Went to Famoso on a Friday night with my family. The manager, a really nice guy with tattoos kept the floor moving and we've been back since then. That night the food was delicious and we had a great time together. Speed forward to last night (September 23, 2016). We sat in the booth right next to the kitchen and were shocked and uncomfortable by the manager of that night (*not* the one with the tattoos). He was very condescending to the staff who all looked to be doing their best. The wait times for our food were way higher than the other times we have visited this location. There was nothing wrong with the food, it was still delicious but the poor kitchen staff were under this bully. I gave an extra tip that I hope got to the right people just based on the behaviour of the manager. He should be put on some more training, or at least not be allowed to manage anymore.

Pizza was not as good as we had hoped. It was satisfactory but nothing special. Lots of better restaurants in St. Albert.

This is our favourite sit-down pizza place. The best wood-fired pizza! So much to choose from and it's all delicious! The gelato is amazing as well!

You will not be disappointed. Service was quick and efficient. Pizza was amazing if you enjoy thin crust pizza with very fresh toppings. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
