Pizza 73 - St. Albert

Ordered the 2 medium pizzas an 4 pops for $21 . Was charged 42$ went an asked for a refund an was told no . Was told manager was on a break an will be back , than employee called manager an he said he's not coming back . I just wanted the value difference an was argued an refused a refund . In tough times I would think customer service would be higher . Worker kept trying to justify their actions and repeatedly calling me bro , an dude . I'm not your bro or dude I'm a paying customer trying spend money locally , let's try some respect.

Showed up at 11:30pm on a Saturday and waited for 15 minutes with not a soul showing up. Opened the front door a couple times to trigger the chime thinking they hadn't heard me, but nobody ever came. Typing this in the empty front lobby right now.
