Contribuisci feedbackAfter recently savoring the new cold brew, I was eager to order it again at another Starbucks in town because it was wonderful. Unfortunately, I was let down when I picked up my drink from the drive-thru. I asked the barista if she had added the cold foam on top, and she assured me she had, but claimed it had "sunk through." I've had plenty of drinks with cold foam before, and that has never occurred to me. When I requested for it to be remade, she informed me they had run out of syrup. What a disappointment! The drink tasted nothing like the fantastic one I enjoyed just a couple of days ago.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, which is fantastic for me as a vegetarian. The staff is very friendly, they provide complimentary Wi-Fi, and there's a nice space to unwind and enjoy their dishes.
I usually enjoy visiting this location, but lately, I've been disappointed with the service. My drinks have been incorrectly made, and they often forget to include whipped cream or other toppings. Since I typically order through the mobile app for convenience on my way to work, it’s really frustrating that at least three times a week, something is missing. It’s quite annoying to have to chase someone down to get my drink corrected when I'm already paying for my order.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, featuring designated parking spaces at the entrance. There is a slight threshold at the door, but there is ample space for a wheelchair to navigate to the register.
I arrived early, most likely being the first customer of the day. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, all the tables were dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in days.
