Starbucks - St. Albert

Always friendly staff, quick drive thru service, tasty drinks and pup cups!

I would have given a better review except the guy taking the orders so close to Christmas was very rude and abrasive. I observed him while waiting for my order, and he never cracked one smile even when everyone was polite to him. He was aggressive towards a poor delivery guy who politely asked him how long his order was going to be. Message to the management, don't put your grouchiest people no festive spirit around customers this close to Christmas.

The batista didn't give me the correct beverage through the drive through, by the time I realized it I was already on the road.

I have to say that it has been so refreshing sitting here today with my morning coffee and my book, with the most cheerful background of a happy staff who obviously care for each other and offer kindness and cheer to everyone who walks through the door. Kudos to this team. Two thumbs up.

Soooooo slow. Literally the slowest drive thru out of all the Starbucks.
