Tim Hortons - St. Albert

Went to get an ice cap and when I got it the ice cap was made so watery that I may as well got an ice coffee. When I asked politely if they could re-make it so it was thicker and more like a slurpee the person told me that’s how they make it. There was no compromise or offer of a a refund. Very disappointing.

Went to Tim Hortons after my Costco run and if you thought Tim Hortons in oxford had good service then man you should come to this Tim Hortons. The line was so long but baris who was working drive thru was so happy and joyful. I never seen a kid who loves tim hortons. Mans is dedicated to his job and man did his ice cap slap!

This is the location closest to my home and I wish it was better run. Visit after visit the counter service is unbelievably poor. The staff are lovely, but focused on drive thru orders so the wait time for counter service is lengthy. I've also been disappointed with their limited offerings from mid-afternoon on. Almost impossible trying to get a Boston cream, apple fritter, or glazed sour cream donut after 4pm. I've started driving the extra few kms to go to a smaller but better managed (and stocked) Tim's up the road.

Couldn’t hear the server in the drive through so went off my memory of their sequence of questions.Coffee is the weakest coffee, not sure if they used the whole package of coffee grounds to make this batch.

I can genuinely say that about 90% of the time I order from this location in the evening, they either get my order wrong or forget something. The staff could really benefit from closer supervision to ensure that orders are filled correctly. They need to improve.
