Wendy's - St. Albert

I absolutely love this Wendy's! The food is fantastic, and my favorite item is the spicy chicken, which is always incredibly fresh. It's the only thing I ever order. The only suggestion I have is that the staff could work a little faster in preparing orders. Aside from that, this location is doing an excellent job!

I've consistently had a wonderful experience ordering through the mobile app or at the drive-thru. The quality of service is top-notch.

I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, it felt unwelcoming—there were overflowing trash cans outside, spilled drinks near the entrance, and dirty windows. Inside, the floors were sticky, scattered with litter, and the drink station was in awful condition. Most tables were also dirty, and there was food all over the floor behind the counter. To make matters worse, I used the restroom before leaving and honestly felt that it would have been safer to just go on the floor! I really can't comprehend how such a dirty establishment passed a health inspection. It also didn’t seem busy, with only two other customers there. I definitely won’t be returning.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The service was terrible, particularly from the manager, Geerma! Before I placed my order, I asked the cashier if there was a refill station, and she simply replied that I could ask for a refill. When I did ask later, the manager dismissed my request, saying there were no refills and that lemonade was expensive. Why wasn't this made clear in the first place? They seriously need to find a new manager! We will definitely not be returning, and I’ll be sharing my experience with my friends about the awful service!

I had a positive experience at this fast food restaurant. The service was both prompt and friendly. The chili I ordered was thicker than what I've had at some other Wendy's locations. My only issue was with the parking lot; it was quite icy due to the winter conditions, and the incline made it easy to slip and fall.
