Wok Box - St. Albert

Love the fresh food here, we've tried many of the different noodle and rice boxes and are always impressed, though the Pad Thai is my least favourite - I prefer a more authentic Pad Thai. Love the extra cilantro and cashews thrown on top - yum! Restaurant is always clean and staff is always friendly. Will continue to return.

Had naan and butter chicken with spring rolls. This place is very expensive and they prompt you for tips even though no one actually serves you. I liked the food, but the prices will keep me from going back.

I just left today on a Sunday we went in at 630pm. Upon walking in there was two people in line and one person sitting at the table eating. Within two minutes we gave our order and we proceeded to sit and wait. What we observed over the next 30 mins was infuriating. There was two young ladies working but only one young lady ever worked the wok, the other just stood there talking to and distracting her. We watched the SAVE THE DISHES delivery guy come in and out and picked up about 7 diffrent orders within a 30 minute period, yet we were still waiting on our order along with one other person that was standing in front of us in line. My husband got up after a full 30 mins to ask how much longer it would be and the girl proceded to tell us that it was just them two working and that they were really behind on SAVE THE DISHES orders. I then spoke up and said the save the dishes shouldn't take precedence over your walk in clients. It's supposed to be fast food. This is when she rolled her eyes and walked to the back and asked the wok girl to start yes START making our order which the wok girl proceeded to do. The other girl stood beside her with her back to us obviously talking about us and a very low tone as the girl cooked until I yelled to her that I wanted to speak with the manager to which she replied she was and told me her name I think it was Amal but I couldn't quite understand her accent to be sure. I said why couldn't you just tell us when we ordered that it was going to be a 30 min wait if you knew you were behind. She just shrugged her shoulders. The worst display of management and just all together customer service that I've ever seen. We are huge fans of wokbox and now because of this experience we will never be going back. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I tried the Ginger beef rice box and Teriaki beef noodle bowls. They were both excellent and were prepared quickly by the Wok Box staff

Gave my food to someone else did not say anything until I asked and a lame sorry was all I got ???? food then average at best !!!
