Fat Franks - St. Andrew's Parish

I used to love Fat Franks! Since the new owners took over, the portion sizes have gone down drastically. The chili tastes like stuff from a can, sautéed mushrooms are mushrooms from a can and lightly heated. With poutines you used to definitely get your bang for your buck but now they are tiny with hardly any toppings and price went up. When it costs $55 for 2 adults and 1 kid to have hot dogs, it's time to find a new spot! Service: Dine in

Experience was not good. Dine in was closed but they didn 't know why. I never did get an answer to What are Cheese Fries? The trainee did not understand or speak English very well. Just ordered poutine out of frustration, $8.99 for a hamburger container size. Some of the fries were not cooked. Expensive and I won 't be going back there! Service: Take out

Ordered dog and fries. Dog was luke warm and the fries were all tiny end pieces was not impressed at all. Way over priced for the 4.99 fries that were no bigger than a dime. UPDATE was asked to email them I did and no reply for over 2 weeks so don't be surprised if you make a negative comment they will ask you to email them and nothing. Food is great Menu on door mentions specials with fountain pop but they don't have fountain drinks Napkins weren't customer facing so weren't readily available until I turned the dispenser around Trays and garbage are placed at the back of store the farthest possible distance from the exit Poor advertising, poor selection of pop and poor design of store.
