We reserved a table at La Petite Iza for a special New Years Eve experience. My partner and I were impressed with the thought that went into each dish and the overall continuity across courses. Each course was delicious and well presented. It was exactly the kind of evening we were hoping to have. Looking forward to going back soon.
Love this place!! Absolutely perfect for special occasions and date nights. We came here for an anniversary, and it was romantic without being over the top. Classy but not pretentious. Fine dining but with a very reasonable price point for what going get. Food was very tasty, well presented, quality and overall excellent.Service was also amazing. Our server was attentive, prompt, knowledgeable with a lot of personality. It helped add to the ambience that she spoke French as well.We ordered escargot, which was executed perfectly. Pomme frites were indulgent and a nice treat. Bouillabaisse was rich and flavourful, a bit too much for me, but my partner really enjoyed it. The duck confit was very nice and I enjoyed it very much. Creme brûlée was also very nicely done, and a great way to end our meal.Overall, we left very satisfied and impressed. Will definitely add La Petite Iza to our list of favourite local restaurants in Edmonton, and would highly recommend to those that appreciate a nice meal and experience.Parking: Limited number of free parking spots in the back. Limited street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all wheelchair accessible. Lots of stairs, don’t recall seeing an elevator.
This place is perfect for a night out with your friends or a date. The food is amazing and so is the atmosphere. You are paying for what you get so yes I understand how some people might call it pricey.I have to say the food, presentation, drinks, and vibes were amazing. I know they don’t have a small wine list but I’ve ordered everything there and would love a bit of rotation from time to time
Lived this place. A nice change from the mediocre service and presentation you tend to get everywhere these days. This place is unique, beautifully decorated with intricately prepared food and cocktails. While it is on the pricier side, it's totally worth it. Every little detail in that restaurant is picture worthy, even their bathrooms with picturesque sinks and adorably adorned antique toilets.Parking: They do have a designated parking lot in the back, but it's quite small and crowded.
