Panashe was working the drone through window. He was so friendly and pleasant and his customer service was impeccable. In a day and age where these qualities are running low, he was beyond what I would normally see. Thank you for putting a smile on my face today Panashe.

What are all the heaters still off for renovation? Why be open to serve awful cold food ? Rj was very rude on the phone when I called to complain today& didn't care the food was all cold or that I was on my way to work and dropped the food off to my kids . Was not willing to replace the food or have any apologies. 100% worst customer service.

I wanna go I was in the drive-through and I ordered a large coffee and other things, and when I got the coffee, the employee handed me the cup with a loose cover and as soon as I got it in my hand, he got spilled all over my hand and burnt my hand, the girl accused me of squeezing the cup. I told her I get the coffee every day I’m not stupid to squeeze the cup. I do not blame the employee. I blame who trained her and then when I called the head office, the managers of the restaurant offered me a free meal for a burning my hand, and I took it as an insult. And then the manager called me again and he said the insurance will he be contacting you, but no one contacted me. The owner told the manager to give me the message that basically to get lost because he said based on the video it was my fault.. so I asked the manager would it be my fault if the employee does not close the hot coffee properly he said absolutely not, and he agrees with me but the owner he would not cooperate.

Inaccurate orders, messy burger assembly, dry patties, cold fries/food when made to park, short pouring ice coffees, lids falling off, 20 piece nuggets is about $2 more than some other locations charging extra for xl tea but only one teabag.. no pop refills, just go to 82ave and 127ave..

Horrible costumer service, didn’t talk or confirm order just sat silently. Very rude when they did talk, constantly rolling their eyes. Not a single smile.
