Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I've been coming to this mucho burrito for a couple years for lunch tome to time and I feel like everytime I come in I feel like I get less and pay more compared to other Mexican restaurants like Chipotle, especially with the Guacamole, the spoon they use is sizable to a ice cream spoon and your paying the same price as you would at Chipotle here, also the cheese, its barley a sprinkle and when you ask for abit more cause you feel like there wasn't enough added they will add a extra $1... the quality of meat is alright but paying almost $20 for a bowl there are better Mexican restaurants for a better price. I won't be coming back anymore. Seeing the ice-cream scooper for the Guacamole was the last straw for me and not for me.

A few minutes ago my burrito bowl was dropped off by Skip. I am so shocked to see that the bowl which is almost $17 is only half full. Less fillings than a small burrito. This place has become so cheap and stingy with the servings. Back in the day they were good but now i will NEVER order from them again. Called to complain and the employee was so rude and hung up the phone on me. Save your hard earned money and get food somewhere else where they give you good portion size. What a let down!! Photo attached! NEVER ordering from this place ever again. The customer service is worse than the portion size.Whoever owns this place should really take these reviews seriously.

Food is good but the lady working there around 1-2pm (March 20, 2023) was rude and was very emotionless. I asked for a side option, was charged and never received it. Everyone has bad days but you shouldn’t take it out on your customers.

Absolute worst experience ever for a Mucho Burrito. I got a quesadilla and one piece of it had ZERO veg, meat and cheese. The lady making it even asked if we wanted “extra fillings” for a extra cost, which we should have gotten without paying extra. The portion control is in the dumpster. Employees have zero care for quality, and just want you out the door. Will never return.

Portion control out the window. tried to up sell me for extra fillings after spending over $14 on a burrito. when you couldn't even taste any cheese in my burrito and didn't even use a full scoop when adding each ingredient. hands down the worst Mucho Burrito in Alberta. if the owner see's this review don't just apologize, quit being a cheapskate and maybe you will get customers who want to come back. wake up.
