This Popeyes is normally good, but today I ordered two burgers, and they put butter in my burger... no sauce, just butter.

We dined at Popeyes Calgary trail Edmonton.It was easy and smooth time ordering..The staffs was extremely helpful person who take order was Jay we were accommodated well.The food definitely lives up to my expectations.The place is clean,washroom is clean too.We will be dining here again that’s for sure.Also we got 2 flags of oilers is a plus plus as part of there promo. My work crew and I always stop at this Popeyes on our way home late at night after our shift. When the manager (or a select few) of his staff are on shift they are super friendly and welcoming and accommodating. However, our visit tonight was the exact opposite. Yes I understand we came in close to closing but instead of greeting us, the staff behind the counter looked at us and walked away. Then after watching us from the back they finally came forward to tell us they only had sandwiches left and would not make anything fresh. So ok, the large group of us ordered only what they had ready but since they wouldn’t even let us eat in the restaurant as usual while they cleaned up we stood outside to find out they screwed up some of the orders and things were missing. Then on top of the terrible customer service and incorrect orders I went to use the washroom while we waited for the food (and this is a washroom that had the sign on that it was just cleaned) when in fact wasn’t cleaned and had absolutely no toilet paper on any of the rolls.
