Starbucks - St. Andrew's Parish

I waited in line for 20 minutes watching them make drink after drink they were all meant for mobile orders and drive thru. The seating area of full of people not getting their drinks made. Never did get my drink…I only had a 15 minute coffee break so I got a refund and left. No offer of a gift card made to me though they offered someone else. Read some reviews and see this is pretty consistent for this location.

Leo needs to not talk so much at the drive thru, people have places to be and I can't wait 15 minutes behind like 4 cars because he can't shut upother people at this store like sam, elle, and julie actually know how to multitask. leo's been there for how many years and can't go fast?? like??

I went inside to ideally be quicker than the drive thru line. There was no one inside one would imagine this is awesome. Being prompted to tip on the new machines is like highway Robbery, because waiting 20 minutes for 2 hot beverages has to be the worst eco Experience I’ve ever had where I regret leaving a tip. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time

I don’t usually like leaving what I’ve reviews but so pre ordered my order got into drive thru 5 minutes before it said it was ready. I still had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars infront of me. Ice in my drink was almost fully melted, barely any flavour in my coffee though I added vanilla and 2 extra espresso shots.I feel horrible for complaining but I’ve never had to wait that long at any of the Starbucks I’ve been to.

When I ordered my drink they gave me it with a crack in the lid and made me spill my coffee all over my white tee shirt and the worker looked like he didn’t even care when I confronted him about it. They just asked me if I wanted a refund like that’s going to do anything.
