Starbucks - St. Andrew's Parish

Ordered a White chocolate mocha, drinked half and notice it was white chocolate milk, guess they gave me the wrong order or new worker..

Normally I go to a Tim Hortons for my coffee. I had to go to Hampton's Starbucks and I was pleasantly surprised. The level of enthusisam, professionalism , courtesy and quality in the drink I ordered surpassed my expectations. The drive through youg adult Selah (unique)was so friendly and engaged while I waited for my Macchiato. She was all smiles and seemed so genuine. One of the best coffee experiences I have had. Kudos Hamptons Market Starbucks! I'll be back again whenI get the craving for a Caramel Macchiato.

Unfortunately I go out of my way to avoid Hamptons Starbucks. I usually will go the extra 3 km to Wolf Willow. Today I decided to give them a try to save time and gas. That was a mistake. The drinks come out sub par and people choose Starbucks over the next guy because they are no sub par. My drink was not made the same as the Starbucks recipe I didn’t add or change anything just the normal recipe. Unfortunate that they can’t get a basic coffee right at this location. I will continue to chose not to go to this location for their lack of providing a consistent experience.
