Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

Could have better customer service. The cashier lacks customer service , while taking order he did not even say hi , we thought may be he was occupied at work but store was not busy at all no line up. No reply to our greetings, then our toddler greeted him with smile and said say but the cashier looked at him did not even say Hi, he handed our order and closed the window.

Maybe I went in there on the day someone quit because my food was awful.Seemed like nobody cared about their job anymore.Thats to

Prefer not to visit any Tim Hortons.The staff are not friendly and are more concerned with rushing customers through than actual customer service.

Not good. Refused to give water when asked and even replied that it’s 8’oclock and we are closed although it was not 8’ oclock. There was some time for it. Please deal with customers properly.
