A manager here who works morning, older lady goes out of her way to be rude to me every time I get my coffee. Today instead of saying thanks have a good day, she kept my change and asked me what I was doing still sitting there. SO CRAZY. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Moved to this location a few months ago trying to make this my new Tim’s to stop for my morning coffee but only one East Indian woman had very poor customer service and very rude attitude towards me not once’s but every single time she is on the Drive-thru window every other worker’s are very friendly because of her this is not gonna be my new spot!

Had a bad experience from a employee called Craig. I have been getting sandwiches from Tim’s in my birthday from Tim’s app . When I asked him he kind of judges me because if I was in a construction uniform and when I showed him my app he cut me off and said he run the place and he know I am not getting any deal on my birthday and laugh at me . I end up going to Starbucks who gave me free drink on my birthday. The owner should know how the customers are treated . I work for the city and gonna be telling everyone at my work place to avoid that store
