They give me coffee which was not hot and refused to replace it I spilled the coffee in their sink in front of them. They did not care. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went there today with my dad just not long ago and ordered coffee with hash browns my dad felt the hash browns and said he would like fresh ones and the lady at the window walked away with them and came back and said we don’t have anymore and handed him back the hash browns so he asked for a refund then a dark slim guy who looked like a manager came and said we will make fresh ones for you then took them and brought them back and my dad felt through the bag they were warm so he took them we get home we don’t like that far at all and they are crunchy and tough they just reheated the ones that he had this place is not professional at all anymore where are the old workers we need more respectful people who know how to be towards customers I’ve even applied at this place I don’t even know if my resume made it to the owner (sorry for such a long post but main point of this post is that they don’t give fresh food when u ask they only REHEAT it) it’s very disappointing tbh I hope they can be more polite and respectful to customers

Food is a 1 because I didn't get the food. They were out of everything I wanted. They could barely understand what I was saying and kept confusing everything. By the end I had the whip cream mixed into my drink by them when I said no whip cream to start with. They made me pay for the over priced items before they would even hand them to ms. UGH! Another horrible Tim Horton's : They never ever can get your coffee order correct even when that is the ONLY thing you order! They never have donuts.. no cookies.. no soups... what do they have then? Coffee... But never ever how you order it. Seriously, there is no such thing as quality control at this store. Where is the manager? Is there even a manager? These employees need retraining and quick. If there were less than 1 star, that is what I'd give. MINUS 1 PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CLEAN YOUR DAMN WASHROOM OR AT LEAST PROVIDE SOAP!!! UPDATED APRIL 2 2024 Still can not get coffee correct. No donuts No Tim bits No cookies Word of the day : DEODORANT. The store manager needs to talk to the staff about body hygiene. As soon as the drive through window opened, all you could smell was a strong underarm sweat/body odor to the point the stench made me sneeze 4 times. There is no excuse for smelling like that and not being CLEAN when you are at work or anywhere else...for the love of God someone please PLEASE talk to the women about using underarm deodorant..YES IT WAS A WOMAN ...there is no excuse for not using underarm deodorant when you are in public and working with the public. It is absolutely disgusting when you try to get a coffee and all you can smell is dirty body odor. MANAGER PLEASE DISCUSS DAILY BODY HYGINE AT WORK WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES! Unbelievably, anyone has to even be told something so simple that should be common DAILY practice! Again no soap whatsoever in the bathroom...what are the employees even washing their own hands with at this location????
