Why does it say open 24/7 when they close at 10 PM?

Hi the lady who served and took my order was very rude She was making my drink wrong and when I corrected her not to put the ice on the bottom before adding other ingredients to my drink she simply went back throw the ice in the shink ,murmured something to which other philophino lady responded “What?Really?” And the lady served me in the same beverage cup without saying sorry or something. I myself worked in Tim Hortons for 4 years and as a manager so this kinda behaviour is not what the customer deserves.Things could be more easy by just saying “O sorry, I will take care “Every one every day someone is going through something but it does not mean you don’t accept your mistake and promote racism.I am sure if there would be someone else from other communities in my place she would behave in much nicer way.

Very poor service. First ,nobody responded upon waiting , all staff were busy in just laughing I ordered Oreo ice cap . They gave me simple ice cap. I was already aware that their poor service is really poor as last time this happened too but I took a chance to visit again and I still found the same thing Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Service is always sub par without a “good morning” and always with a “is that everything?” after your first item ordered. Hair all over the bagel and cream cheese AGAIN like they dropped it on the floor and plopped it into the bag. Will be taking the time to go to any other Tim Horton’s from now on.
