Pretzelmaker - St. Catharines

Whenever we go shopping for back-to-school or Christmas, and during the summer for new clothes, we always make sure to stop for a pretzel at this restaurant. The children love them, and the price is definitely worth it.

Prioritizing texting over attending to a waiting customer is unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to seek out staff for assistance.

Located inside the Pen Centre mall, this vendor offers a wide selection of soft, chewy pretzels with generous amounts of salt. They have a variety of toppings available, from pizza to butter and everything in between, though my personal favorite is the classic salt and butter. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the giant pretzels are delicious. If you're a fan of soft pretzels, this is the place for you!

What can I say, I love pretzels ... fresh with butter, salt and dipped in mustard. If that is not to your living, they have plenty of other options available.

Came here with my friend, got a cinammon sugar pretzel. it was okay, not fantastic, not terrible. We saw that cream cheese was an option under the dipping sauces, so we ask for it, pay for it, and the lady behind the counter (didnt speak english at all really) hands us a little package of Philadelphia cream cheese... considering it was under dipping "sauces" we were expecting a sweet cream cheese fluid... this was a solid hunk of frozen cream cheese that she charged us close to three dollars for.. haha wow. havent been back since.
