Contribuisci feedbackHort service only 4 cars in the drive through and inside seemed empty. it took almost 10 minutes to get to the order screen, then we sat on the order screen for more than 10 minutes just wait to have taken our order. then waited almost 10 minutes to get our food. the crew didn't seem to care about the customers at all. they were all standing in front and talking to each other. I wonder who made this eat. our whole food was cold and didn't taste very good. we were also offered 2 drinks that were not ours. in any case the time is not worth.
Waited over 20 minutes in the line. two baconators ordered and one was not just a single cheeseburger. the other had no speck on it, was hard like a rock and was extremely greasy and cold. We had to correct our order in the window because they wanted to calculate us for an article that we did not order. pop was only water in the round and it wasn't even the right taste we ordered. overall worst experience I ever had with a wendy’s
The worst. we asked for sweeteners for icy that we did not have in the window, and we could see it in the bin. we didn't want a sauce on a sandwich, what does that mean? it has honey. they must be specific we had to repeat our order several times and it was still wrong at the end. the same woman with the long nails and colored hair with the unprofessional attitude is still there.
We decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We waited in our car for over 25 minutes before they called our order on the loudspeaker. A staff member told us to move to the second window to place our order. There were two cars ahead of us, so we had to wait for them to order and then receive their food. It seemed like they were taking longer than necessary, as there were at least 6 employees working. Finally, we reached the window and placed our order with the cashier. We ordered drinks and then waited for our food. When we received our food, we asked for our second drink but were told they had already given it to us, even though we hadn't received it. My boyfriend asked for an orange Hi-C but received Fanta orange instead. The receipt showed it as a fruit punch. I noticed that only the manager and one cook were actually working hard. The cashier seemed disorganized and confused. Overall, the service was poor and I don't think I will be returning to this Wendy's.
I ordered my sandwich without ketchup due to allergies, and despite explaining my toppings choices four times, they still got it wrong. I can spend my money at other restaurants that are more attentive to my needs.
