Red Lobster - St. Cloud

Yesterday my younger sister was 21. Birthday and she wanted to have crab legs for dinner. We ordered our food shortcut and we re gave a pickup time of 5:48 pm. We arrived at 5:55 a.m. and sent a text of red lobster that found that the food was ready and came out. After 5 minutes of waiting, we went in and said the food was kept in check. 5-10 minutes left and our food wasn't ready. Our food didn't come until 18:40. After our disappointment, the manger gave us $100 back and said we got a call over an additional gift card. But as soon as we came home, our food was not stellar. My sister ordered 1 1/2lbs crabbon. Her 1/2lb missing 2 legs. My husband?s steak was burned outside the repair and made very good when he ordered medium. It was a little disappointing dinner for the cost of eating and such an important birthday.

We're here tonight. We had a 5pm reservation when 13 and there were some other big groups in front of us and we were sitting before 530. Our waitress was so nice and very friendly and patient with us. She was so friendly and very friendly

I came to the restaurant on 11/16/2022 with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday, the staff was extremely amazing one of the staff let my daughter touch the lobster first then Bailey our server was amazing over the top for us, let the kids see and touch a lobster first, we even have to enjoy my daughter's cake that we brought with something ice that we got from the staff, keep the amazing service!

Very disappointed! We always had a good service there. Not today! We had to wait after 15 minutes. Our server was so slow and brought us our drinks, salad, etc. Our food was good, but hardly warm. We were never asked if we wanted refills or something else after we got our food. #notimpressed

Its been awhile since I last visited a Red Lobster, I do love their food, I decided to treat myself for my recent birthday, and this restaurant had parking for a semi truck very close to the restaurant. My server/waitress was awesome, I told her what I was interested in, and she got me pointed in the right direction with exactly what I wanted and on it was on sale also JACKPOT she was fantastic and did an awesome job for me.
