Walhalla - St. Gallen

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The reception was always friendly, formalities were simple, rooms were clean and everything in the rooms was functional (unfortunately this is not standard elsewhere). The hotel is still relatively cheap and, in my opinion, in the best location in the city.

Was at Hotel Walhalla for a few days during a business trip to St. Gallen. The hotel is really nice. From the outside you would bot expect to have such a modern hotel. The rooms are really spacious, I think was the largest room I had. The bathroom as well. Well equipped. Breakfast is the regular one you would find at any hotel. The location is good on one side and not good on the other. One evening for a few hours there were some construction working done outside at a building and could not sleep until 1 AM. Restaurant of the hotel I learned it could be reserved for private events so you’ll have to look around for another, but there are plenty.

With its prime location near the train station, Walhalla hotel is a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere (it's very quiet at night). The staff members are friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant experience. Overall, Walhalla Hotel is a great option, combining convenience, comfort, and excellent service in one package.

I loved my stay here in beautiful Saint Gallen! The hotel is situated in a nice and convenient location right across from the train station and walking distance to shops, supermarkets and attractions. I especially loved the super comfortable bed, room was spacious and clean not to mention the best breakfast ever! I am glad I booked the wrong hotel (I was suppose to book Walhalla hotel in Zurich but it was all worth it in the end :

Das Walhalla liegt direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof St.Gallennund verfügt über einige wenige Parkplätze für Fr.25. als Alternative steht das Rathaus Parking direkt gegenüber zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist freundlich und speditiv. Die Zimmer sind gross, modern und haben ein bequemes Bett. Was ganz klar fehlt ist eine Minibar und ein Schrank. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonders aber ausreichend. Alles in allem ein gutes Businesshotel.
