Arby's - St. George

I placed an order online, which processed my payment, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it was completely locked and closed, even though my order had been accepted and Google showed it should be open for another three hours. I tried to reach out for a refund, but I received no response. It feels like they just took my money without providing anything in return.

Today, the restaurant was fully staffed, and the service was outstanding. My order was taken quickly and accurately. The cashier was friendly, and the food was served hot! I was very pleased with the experience.

Out of Arby’s Sauce? This is definitely something you should inform customers about before they place their order at the drive-thru. Seriously. I've been enjoying Arby’s since I was a kid, and the sauce is essential. You used to be able to buy it by the bottle! We ordered six Roast Beef Classics, and they only had a few condiment cups available from the lobby. They asked if we could make do with one—really? They only had four. We were the first ones there, so why not give us all of them? Haha. I try to be reasonable and share, but Arby’s just isn’t the same without Arby’s Sauce. Please don’t run out of it! If you do, make sure to let people know, and don’t guilt-trip me for wanting what little is left. My brother uses two packets PER sandwich! I’m not that extreme, but one per sandwich is pretty much necessary. Save some for another day, folks!

Pretty good Arbys location. My family of 8 rolled in at about 8:50 pm and they were timely on the food. Pretty nice people. The potato cakes weren't super crispy like usual but overall, good trip!

The restaurant was clean and our orders were taken very quickly. I have my icy right at the counter. I ordered a truthahnsalat. I have it because it is very low calorie to be 230 exact. I have the balsamico vinegar dressing. here's a picture of it.
