Café Zupas - St. George

I got soup their lobster bisque is the best . We added guitar cheese and stir sour cream. Every meal comes with a complimentary roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry! That makes me feel special!!

Went to have a nice lunch on November 16th ordered online, picked up my order and when I went to go eat my lunch half my order was missing. I called and was told “there was a bag tied to the other bag” but there wasn’t a second bag. I drove 30 min, talked to a manager and was told I was getting a full refund. Still waiting for that refund, told me 3-5 business days it’s way longer than that now. I used to love this place, but now not so sure..

I ordered a half salad with a half Mac and cheese. First off, they put the warm Mac and cheese in the same container as the cold salad so the lettuce was wilted. The Mac and cheese had really mushy noodles, was soupy and has hardly any flavor. The lettuce in the salad was in huge pieces that I had to cut up myself. The service was subpar. I was told to park my car in a parking space to wait for my food, which is fine but the guy who brought me my food didn 't even speak to me or say hello when I said hello or You 're welcome when I said thank you . The drive through ordering system does not allow you to easily see the menu first so it was hard to see all my options. Overall it was a horrible and I will never understand the hype behind this place or waste my money there ever again!

Did a pick up order and was given the wrong sandwich. Ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and I was given a plain turkey and hot mayo panini. Check your bag before your leave.Rolls were hard. Lobster bisque didn’t have much flavor compared to other Zupas locations I’ve visited.

That was the last straw with cafe Zupas!The portion sizes are fit for a toddler, the employees take no pride in preparing the food they just slap it together with as little ingredients as they can. I’ve complained multiple times and am over it. Over the years the prices have gotten higher and portions and attention to detail has went down the drain. I’m surprised anyone eats here still. Management is also lack luster in their performance. I will not be back.
