Went to purchase a hamburger meal for my elderly mother in law, got home with no burger ‍ 15 min drive so we didn’t go back. Ridiculous Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is a typical Dairy Queen. The ice cream is cold, slightly expensive, and quite sweet. When you want a cold surgery treat and don't want to buy a whole tub of ice cream, this is a good place to go. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My family and I often go there to get ice cream throughout the year. While it is not the best ice cream around, it is consistently good and well-received by my children. And their favourite is always the blizzards although even the regular cones are liked. While we have not really tried much of the chicken and food, the fee times we have had it was decent. I went to Dairy Queen 672 TOPSAIL RD in St. John's, NL today. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and a crispy chicken meal with onion rings instead of fries. I specifically requested fresh patties for the burger. When I opened the bag at home, I was taken aback. The patties on the cheeseburger were terrible and definitely not fresh. The chicken burger wasn't fit to eat. I also got fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and explained my issue. His response was that all food is only cooked to order so the patties and the chicken burger could not be dried up. Oh, he did say I could come back and they would replace the onion rings. Unreal!
