We really enjoyed everything here and next time we will invite more friends to try the ayce menu!
It's our wedding anniversary and we chose to have lunch here because it's nearer to where we live than the one in downtown. The food was good. My problem was the waitress. I did read the rule that says unfinished food will be charged regular price. But we did not think it would be LITERALLY UNFINISHED FOOD. LIKE YOUR PLATE MUST BE LITERALLY CLEAN. NO FOOD LEFT. We ate at this restaurant downtown and they had no problems with us leaving just a little food on the plate. When we asked for the bill, the waitress looked at our plates and told us to finish everything otherwise we will be charged the regular price. The food left were just little of what we could not finish. A little rice, udon and like 2 pieces of tempura. Also, I am 8 mos pregnant and could not take any more food inside my stomach. So we tried to finish them. We finished the tempura. We tried to finish the rice and udon but I was already about to puke. So I could not. We asked for the waitress again to ask if this is already fine. And she said that we had to finish both the udon and rice. I already told her I'm gonna puke. But she didn't say anything and just left. We called her again, and there was still just a bit of rice left and then she said she will charge us 3 dollars per plate of rice. Take note. It was a very small plate with a little rice left. We ordered 3 small plates. One for me, my husband and my son. We only left a little rice but she said she was going to charge us 3 dollars per plate. So we, transferred the 2 small plates of rice to 1 small plate. And we finished the plate. It destroyed our anniversary lunch. She even asked us what branch did we eat in that did not ask us to pay for the leftovers. I told her the leftovers were not that much and they understood but in this branch, the waitress was really rude and did not care that I already felt like puking. My husband vomitted by the way. What I am trying to say is, there are other restaurants that consider a few leftovers. I would understand if we left full plates of food but we didn't.
The food is good, not the best sushi Ive had locally but definitely not anything I’d complain about. The atmosphere is really pretty and most staff were super nice with the exception of one we had take an order.I didn’t realize the all you can eat menu was ordered in person, I’ve only experienced either a paper menu you fill out and pass in or a tablet system for ordering. It was a little awkward, took a long time between orders and some items we ordered definitely got lost or didn’t show.I don’t know if we will be making a return trip back, but overall not a bad experience.
Perfect spot for sushi and ramen! The restaurant was immaculate, and the food was superb. It's an ideal choice for a date night for Valentine
