A trip to St. John's without eating at Leo's is a wasted trip. Best FCDG on the planet!!!

The fish and chips is delicious. The sauce for the fries is weird but very good. A real dinner from the '80s. The service is warm and smiley. Try it!

As others have stated, you do not eat here for the décor. And to find the restroom you need to wind through the back of the kitchen area. But the chips are great, and the fish is good. Service was very good. Had the medium fish with fewer chips upon arriving in St. John's, a good welcome to Newfoundland.

My family and I went here for dinner on our last night in St. John's (visiting from Ottawa). It was hands down the best fish and chips I have ever had! Incredible service....you have to try the chips with dressing and gravy....YUM! Huge portions - incredible value!
