Second Cup - St. John's

OMG countertops dirty, washbasin full unwashed, dirty bathroom, etc. good for just one employee to use initiative When computers and do not interact with the use of iPhone computers to continue to operate customers. I ask what happened since the limitations of Covid were... in the area of cleanliness not the same mood here five months ago was not the same mood that was here three months ago, I hate seeing it, 2nd cup go so a disappointment

I was very glad that the Stavanger Dr site was reopened this year. The service is usually excellent and the staff is pleasant and helpful. However, the availability of deliveries and product ingredients inconsistent. No cups, or limited sizes, without sugar free vanilla and today,... no vanilla ever to make a latte. I hope these shortcomings can be addressed.

Visited and ordered a coffee. Barista gave me a cold feeling cup. I spent $20. She said she couldn't change $20 and asked to return the coffee. Unapologetic and surly. No way to represent their employer. I'll hold back her name... My last visit to Second Cup.

You can't go wrong here. This restaurant has a wide selection of choices and flavors in a nice atmosphere. However, it can get pretty crowded most of the time. Still a great option for a chill meal!

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and they have a convenient drive-thru. I stopped by on my way to a client site because the drive-thru line at the other coffee chain was too long. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the hot, delicious coffee. I think I may have to start choosing this franchise over others in the future for my business.
