Additionally, I observed unprofessional behavior from the kitchen staff - one employee was using his mobile phone while wearing gloves, which is unhygienic.
The food was fantastic, offering more than just dumplings. The restaurant is conveniently located near accommodations. I would definitely come back here again.
I dined at this restaurant with a group of colleagues because it was conveniently located near our place of stay. The restaurant was spacious, although not very crowded. We decided to have a simple dinner and ordered a few starters, including crispy prawn spring rolls and a pancake that was also crispy but slightly greasy. We shared a special fried rice that was cooked well, but I've had better. I ordered the sweet and sour pork, which had a tasty sauce and a generous portion of pork, although the batter was a bit doughy. We also tried the fried ice cream, which I personally didn't enjoy. Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend this place, but it's a decent option for a quick and easy meal.
For this side of Melbourne it's a good dumpling choice. Otherwise head into the city if you're after more dumpling options.
