Matsuhisa- Nobu@ Badrutt's Palace

The atmosphere of this place is great .... buzzing with energy .... the tacos weren’t as good as nobu and neither was the teradito .... the black cod miso and the new style sashimi’s were spot on .... the salmon sashimi was also super fresh and better .... the maki rolls at nobu in london were better .... the deserts were pretty much the same .... all in all a great Japanese eatery but but a slight minus one from the old park lane Nobu in London as far as the food is concerned and definitely not as attentive when it comes to service as well...

This restaurant inside the Badrutt's palace has taken the prices but not the quality of the amazing hotel. If you want to pay 16CHF per sushi (yes, for each sushi... that really have nothing special and inventive then you can go there. My salmon sashimi was swimming in wasabi which made it almost impossible to eat without crying. The lobster tacos are good but way too expensive. There are many better restaurants in st Moritz without being ripped off over there.

Das Essen war exzellent, der Service war sehr beschäftigt, aber das Essen kam pünktlich, es war sehr laut und das Ambiente gefiel uns nicht. Beleiht war sehr hell, es war nicht gemütlich

Dieses Restaurant im Badrutt's Palace hat die Preise, aber nicht die Qualität des Hotels.Wenn Sie 16 CHF pro Sushi bezahlen möchten (ja, für jedes Sushi... , Die wirklich nichts besonderes und originelles haben, dann können Sie dorthin gehen.Mein Lachs-Sashimi schwamm in Wasabi, was es fast unmöglich machte, ohne zu weinen zu essen.Die Hummer Tacos sind gut, aber viel zu teuer.Es gibt viele bessere Restaurants in der Straße Moritz, ohne dort abgezockt zu werden.
