Shar'els Cafe - St Paul

A small town cafe atmosphere. Great food and great service. Food came out fast.

Simply incredible spot! Great portions, very friendly staff, and it feels like I just left grandmas house with a warm fuzzy feeling of happiness and joy.Highly recommend this spot for breakfast and lunch. Will be a regular for years to come!

Loved this little place..friendly and efficient servers. Great food choices. I was in a bit of a hurry to make an appointment later, and the whole meal went smooth as silk, and I was in and out in a reasonable time.

We 've now been here twice and plan on making it one of our regular places. The atmosphere is great, we really enjoy the snarky one who brings soooooo much personality to this place. The rest of the staff we 've interacted with are also just... well, real. This brings sooooooo much to this small cafe/diner, plus the food is VERY good, though I don 't like the potatoes that are done in this soy grill oil thing. Just a horrible aftertaste with that (the only reason for the 4-stars on the food)... though, everything else is GREAT.

Service was quick and friendly even though the café was packed. Food was good, coffee was hot. Will be back. It is loud because it's a small restaurant and was very busy. Parking: Parking is shared with other businesses in the strip is limited when the restaurant is busy (same with on street)
