Wendy's - St Rose

If there had been ANYwhere else close by, I would not have gotten food here. One of the dirtiest places I've ever been. The ketchup dispenser was just sitting half open, there were no napkins, and no cup lids. The chicken on my sandwich and the fries were old. ?

Why is the Frosty machine always broken or I am told we are sold out after 9 pm ????I was told by an early shift crew it was because the workers at night clean it early so they can leave early or on time when they close .This is just plain SORRY and management needs to do something about it !!!!

Food was terrible. Burger was cold and stale, stale cold fries, old chicken nuggets. I'm pretty much just done with Wendy's. The dining room was dirty with trash and food on the tables and floor, the drink machine was filthy and had no ice. Total waste of $15.00. I'm disgusted. Work all day, just wanted a burger. I just feel ripped off.

The service was good at about 10:30 pm, but the burger was lukewarm at best, the fries were cold, and the coke was the worst coke I have ever had (not sure if there is something wrong with their machine as it tasted like club soda).

Walked here from the Comfort Inn after our flight got cancelled hoping to eat. Sign says dining room open but it definitely was not. Both doors were locked. Don’t advertise it all over your building and then keep your doors locked.
