Blue 11 - St Thomas

We made a 9-course dinner with wine pair. the food and wine pairings were phenomenal. I still dream about the snapper callaloo and the Heilbutt court. I can't say enough how perfectly prepared each protein was and the sauces were from this world. the service was top notch. the personal was incredible. they were friendly and it was clear that they were very passionate about eating. they loved the answering of asking about the dishes and the island and it felt like a hospitable in someone home. I have never found a friendly and friendly staff. I would recommend this to anyone who visits st thomas and we will be back on our next trip!

This place is special! eating was amazing and a good value (100 for 7 courses! . we had amazing service. do you want to go this place to stay in business please!

Incredible. The thoughtfulness and care given to each dish fully exceeded our expectations. Every bite was delicious . We left very satisfied and feeling as if we were treated to a one of a kind culinary experience .

We loved our meal at Blue 11. Jerry our server was excellent. he was so welcoming. he patiently listened to all our food allergies, issues and ensured they were all perfectly followed. the food was delicious too and it didn't take hours for the 7 course meal to be served. i do think $100 p/p for the meal cost of wine was a bit much.
