Dunkin' - State College

The only thing missing was the milk, but everything else was great!

The "loaded" hashbrowns only came with a tiny squirt of cheese and a few bits of bacon on the side—not enough to cover the hashbrowns at all. It definitely wasn’t worth nearly $5. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich had an odd flavor and a bitter aftertaste, making me wonder if the meat or egg was old. The bacon was just okay—hard and somewhat cold—but at least it was edible. The only thing I enjoyed was the hot tea.

This is a solid and dependable Dunkin'. The orders are made quickly, efficiently, and accurately!

Aside from the fact that Dunkin' Donuts coffee drinks taste more like flavored syrup and the food is subpar, the customer service was also terrible. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes at my 14-year-old daughter and snapped at her, saying that we obviously couldn't change our order. Then she smirked at my daughter as if she was foolish for not knowing better. My daughter came out to the car upset about what had just happened. I tried to remain calm and professional, but it was really frustrating. People like that shouldn't be in customer service roles.

Dunkin' – where do I even start? It’s the perfect spot to visit after a night out with friends to grab some delicious donuts. I’ve also seen a few first dates happen here. It's a versatile place, and I would highly recommend this Dunkin' to all Penn State students and alumni.
