Bin 5 - Staten Island

The food is amazing here and the service is some of the best. I recommend that you try this place and make sure you also take the family. The food is so good and it's worth a visit.

I had an absolutely amazing experience in Bin 5 and I highly recommend that all this drop read what they do and make a reservation right now. I wanted to go for a while and never did the time, but I'm so glad I finally did. Every employee we spoke with was friendly, attentive and happy to answer all the questions we had. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and feels comfortable in a modern way. Every single dish we ordered was divine, including the bread we were given at the beginning of our meal. The meatball plate was delicious from this world. I wish I had something right now. My family is still smoking them. I also ordered tomato salad and enjoyed it thoroughly (I tried to copy it at home and it's never so good). My father loved his grilled salmon, especially the beurre blanc sauce, and my mother and I really enjoyed our pappardelle bolognese. Everything tasted wonderful and fresh. We also ordered the berries and cream dessert, which was great and the star of the pistachio walnut cake show. This cake was so amazing that I'll never forget it. I will be absolutely back to try some more items and order the meatballs and pistachios nutcake again! Just a wonderful experience.

So today is my first time in Bin 5. I heard about this place, but never had a chance to come. It was a free day so I could go in. Typically, I hear you should call after reservations. When I arrived, the waitress greeted me and sat down. This is a really cozy place for a date night. No matter, so let the drinks begin, delicious!!! The bartender is amazing. He knows his stuff. I ordered the shrimps and zucchini pasta, which was also delicious. The portions are pretty good that correspond to the prices. I also ordered a side of spinach that did not need salt or pepper. That means it was good! While I was there, the owner went in and he seemed pretty friendly. I saw him help people and clean up tables. True signs of a good leader! I can honestly say that Bin 5 is the best restaurant in Bay Street and maybe in the area! And trust me. I'm 5 sure worth the visit!

It's a must. Today was the first time my wife and I went here and this will be our new place. Food was delicious 10 out of 10 and I am a very picky eater. If I had a complaint that really isn't a complaint, would I ask for a little more sauce and or Gravy with meals other than this??????????? The drink with the duck is the Tony Soprano?

We went to Bin 5 to celebrate our four year wedding anniversary. most restaurants are only accepting reservations right now but they were kind enough to squeeze us in. We sat outside in the tented patio with string lights and decor that created a fun and chill ambiance. The waiters and stuff were absolutely phenomenal. They were attentive and answered all of our questions. Halfway through dinner it started raining and they made sure we weren't getting wet. For appetizers we ordered the Rusticella flatbread pizza with goat cheese and olives. The crust was thin and crisp and was bigger than we expected. We also had ricotta stuffed zucchini blossoms with hot honey. The batter was crispy and perfectly fried. The cheese was gooey and well seasoned. The hot honey complimented the salty ricotta cheese and it was absolutely delicious. We tried four cocktails and honestly I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. For dinner I ordered the pork chop special which was served with a mushroom sauce and came with a side of roasted potatoes and string beans. The pork chop was thick and juicy with a crunchy crust on the outside. The potatoes melted in my mouth and the string beans were crisp and perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the braised short rib on a bed of truffle cream gnocchi. The short rib just fell apart as soon as we put our fork into it. The creamy gnocchi complimented the sweet notes of the wine sauce on the short rib. Unfortunately our stomachs didn't have enough room for dessert but we plan to go back and we'll probably try most of them. If you're thinking about this place definitely try it.
