Dunkin' - Staten Island

A terrible service. ordered a coffee and a donut through the app and paid, then was said there was no donut, but they could give me hathbrowns. I wanted a refund, but I was told I couldn't get one.

I hope they will hire some who are able to serve and be nice with people thanks.

I, my man and 2 daughters (2 yo and 4 months) went to this dd for brunch Saturday. the ladies are super friendly with my children. we had a very good afternoon in this dd.

They have to go in here. the faster service is required!

Donuts were delicious. Bought a soda too. Cashier was a little slow and confusing. He took someone's order, but didn't take her money, then took my order. I paid and then she paid. A little slow, but otherwise ok.
