Mcdonald's - Staunton

To go orders only, dining in isn't an option here, only one person in front of me when i ordered, took 25 minutes to get a sandwich. The staff was rude, the manager wouldn't come to to address my complaint. When i finally got the food, it was cold. Threw it in the trash on the way out, didn't have 25 more minutes to wait. Absolutely terrible. Go another 2 minutes down the road the burger King, service is much better.

The manager at the Staunton VA McDonald's near Tractor supply should be really proud. The place always seems clean, the people have been INCREDIBLE. Even making sure our dog got a pup cup. THANK

5 times in a row my wife has went to this place and 5 times the order is wrong i dont know if this is on purpose or if they just dont care whatsoever about service or the job they have. burgers always made incomplete and fries only half fill the box not to mention the happy meal with 5 fries in

Typical MacDonald's. Good menu and standard fare. Quite clean.

This location seems to be under new management as the staff was helpful and courteous, and the facility was clean. We were waited on at the register with speed. Food was delivered hot.Parking: Ample parking around the building.
