It made me remember the old advertisements where everyone in the place would wipe after every bite. The service was wonderful and the Wendy's hamburger was delicious. The facility was very clean.
Rude ignorant people STAY AWAY!!!The person at the window and on the speaker is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.I have been thru here before and she was exactly the same. She has a broken hand and looks at customers in disgust as well as if we are imposing on her.I will not return to this location again. The parking lot has trash all over the ground including directly under the drive up window.DO BETTER!!!

Don't go there especially not for breakfast. Tried to stop there this morning and the breakfast menu wasn't up and they refused to take the order from speaker only at the window. All the young men working there were standing around hands in pockets like they didn't know they served breakfast and maybe they really don't! The lights weren't on in the restaurant (seems like they weren't expecting guests). It took about 20 minutes to get cold food and that made no sense given I was the only one there! I would say I've never seen such lazy employees but unfortunately it seems to be a bigger epidemic than Covid! Go to the Burger King on Greenville Ave for breakfast the people are nice and the food is good and they seem to be interested in both being open, working and serving you plus the have ketchup and pepper and put napkins in your bag!I'm very frustrated with service at places like this and the food is no longer inexpensive or good. Go to one of the sit down places and call ahead to pick up your order if you are in a hurry. The food will be better and about the same price or less without the frustration.
Pulled up at 7:30pm with an online order already placed. They took 25 minutes to get the 5 cars in front of us and then when we got to the order menu they said they would be with us in a second, they then waited until 8:01pm (they close at 8pm) and then came back on and said that their computers are now off. I told them we had an online order placed and already paid for so something must be off. Not only did they take our money without giving us food, the manager through the mic was yelling over the employee to tell us that the computers were off and it can’t charge us. I then pulled around to show them they were lying to us as we had been charged and after fighting with us over it the manager then asked someone to bring up the order, which was somehow now working and asked us if it had meat in the order, which it did, so they couldn’t make our food and the real reason was they wanted to leave early so they lied to customers and refused multiple away so they could wrap up early and go home. The worst experience we have ever had at a fast food place. These employees are creating a bad customer experience and literally do not care as they told us to call corporate which we definitely will be doing.
