Worst cold breakfast sandwich wrong sandwich server couldn't speak or understand English so our order was wrong. This is not good customer service ?

Looking at past reviews I understand now… this place sucks! Tim Hortons is KNOWN for really good cream cheese bagels but these ppl were so damn stingy with it ? like they didn’t even go all the way to the edge

I was at drive thru .. i had a tea , pastery, plain croissant and dip… the girlwho handed me the food told me dip is inside the bag so i didn’t check but there was no dip and tea was like i am just drinking hot water .such a worse

Bought a breakfast sandwich on a English muffin and it was stale or pre-made ahead of time and put in the microwave. It was not freshly made. Very disappointing bcs I buy alot of Tim's breakfast sandwiches.
